Wildwin Account Registration

Have a passport or driving licence, your postcode and a debit card within reach before you join Wildwin. Scroll to the footer and find the UKGC licence number, then search it on the Gambling Commission's public register and confirm the company name matches. An operator without a UKGC licence has no right to take bets from UK residents, and you lose the GamStop block and the UKGC complaints route if something goes wrong.

Eligibility checks before you start

You must be 18 or older and live in the UK. Wildwin allows one account per person, so a second registration under the same name, email address or home address gets flagged and can lead to both accounts being closed.

If you signed up to GamStop, a UKGC-licensed site will refuse your details. The block stays in place for the full period you chose, which is six months at minimum, so do not waste time trying a different email address.

Wildwin registration step by step

Open the site in your desktop or mobile browser and press the sign-up button in the top corner. The Wildwin register page asks for the following details:

  1. Your email address and a password
  2. Your full name and date of birth, copied from your passport or driving licence
  3. Your home address and postcode
  4. A tick confirming you are 18+ and accept the terms
  5. A click on the link in the confirmation email

A misspelt name or a nickname such as "Jon" for "Jonathan" can fail the ID check later, so copy the spelling from your document and skip the memory test.

If the confirmation email does not land in your inbox within a few minutes, look in your spam folder before you contact support.

Identity verification

The UKGC requires operators to verify your age and identity, so Wildwin may ask for documents before you play with real money or before your first withdrawal. Upload them early and you avoid a payout delay when you win.

Documents to have ready

Photo ID means a passport or a full UK driving licence. For proof of address, use a council tax bill, a utility bill or a bank statement dated within the last three months. Photograph each document on a flat surface with all four corners in the frame, and make sure the text is sharp enough to read.

First login, deposit and limits

After you confirm your email, log in and open the cashier. Visa and Mastercard debit cards work for UK deposits. Credit cards do not, because the UKGC banned them for gambling in April 2020. Check the cashier for PayPal, Open Banking or Faster Payments transfers and Pay by Phone through Boku, since Wildwin's payment list decides which of these you can use.

Set a deposit limit in pounds before you make your first payment. You can change it later, but a lower limit takes effect at once while an increase waits for a cooling-off period. BeGambleAware offers free advice if you want to talk through your play.

Wildwin registration FAQ

Can I sign up to Wildwin if I am on GamStop?
No. A UKGC-licensed operator must refuse registration while your GamStop exclusion runs. If a site accepts you anyway, close the page and report it to the Gambling Commission.
Can I deposit with a credit card?
No. UK law has banned credit cards for gambling since 2020. Use a Visa or Mastercard debit card, PayPal or a bank transfer.
Can I hold two accounts?
No. Each person gets one account. Duplicate accounts can lead to closure and frozen winnings.
Which documents does Wildwin ask for?
Expect to send a passport or driving licence plus a proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
Where do I find the licence number?
Scroll to the footer of the site. Copy the number into the Gambling Commission's public register and check that the company name matches before you register.
